• Discussion of SAMSI programs for 2008-09 and beyond. This is a major opportunity for affiliates to inform SAMSI programming in the future.
  
  
• The discussion "Focusing the NISS Vision." As explained in the agenda, NISS is conducting a strategic positioning study and planning process meant to focus our energy, without narrowing our vision, on activities that deliver value to our multiple stakeholders, especially affiliates. This discussion provides affiliates input to the process.
